Returns Processing Specialist (RMA)

• Receive and process returned RMA packages from customers promptly and accurately
• Test incoming devices to determine if they should be refurbished, returned to the manufacturer under warranty, or recycled
• Initiate and manage returns to suppliers, including tracking and expediting as needed
• Configure refurbished devices for reuse in our GPS tracking applications
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems for returns and inventory status

• Experience working with technical equipment or in logistics/fulfillment is preferred
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to accuracy and empathy
• Comfortable using online platforms and tools to manage returns and inventory
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus
