The Junior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Director of Compliance and Head of E-Surveillance in monitoring, testing, and reporting activities while ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include assisting in new hire onboarding processes to uphold organizational standards and regulatory requirements.The key responsibilities of the Junior Compliance Analyst include: * Monitoring of electronic communications to assist the firm in meeting its supervisory obligations.
  • Process new hire onboarding.
  • Respond to compliance approval and disclosure requests, such as employee trading, private investments, outside business activities, and political contributions.
  • Perform data integrity reviews.
  • Assist with Regulatory Training Preparation.
  • Assist with Audits/Regulatory Exams and Investigations.
  • Assist in production of management reporting and metrics.
  • Draft and maintain policies & procedures.
