Right Hand Home Care LLC is looking for an experienced In Home Caregiver to provide personalized care to our clients in their own homes. This position is part-time and has flexible hours, with weekly pay. The position is based in Nashville, Tennessee.Compensation & Benefits
This position is an hourly position with a base rate of $15 to $18 per hour, weekly pay.Responsibilities
- Provide personalized home care, including housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and mobility assistance
- Assist with caring for clients according to instructions and safety standards
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients
- Keep detailed records related to overall patient care
- Communicate effectively with client families and other health professionals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of home health experience
- Valid CPR and first aid certification preferred but not nessary
- Ability to follow instructions correctly
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols
- Flexibility to work additional hours
