Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a FSQA role preferred or other QA type experience.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills:Proficiency in completing Tyson paperwork.Leadership abilities to motivate the hourly workforce.Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills.Solid math and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret product specifications.Ability to function well under stress.Flexibility to work in various locations and schedules as needed.Physical Requirements: Position involves heavy lifting (50 lbs. or more).
