If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended.Job Details:As a Quality Assurance Technician 5, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and plant systems. Your key responsibilities will include:Conduct Inspections: Perform thorough physical and visual inspections of our products and plant systems to ensure everything meets our high standards.Document & Report: Accurately document and calculate inspection results and report your findings to management.Take Action: Proactively take corrective actions, when necessary, by alerting the appropriate personnel to adjust processes, and identifying, segregating, and isolating non-conforming products.Collaborate: Work closely with your team and management to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards.Additional Assignments: Be ready to take on any additional tasks that come your way, contributing to the overall success of our operations.REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a FSQA role preferred or other QA type experience.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills:Proficiency in completing Tyson paperwork.Leadership abilities to motivate the hourly workforce.Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills.Solid math and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret product specifications.Ability to function well under stress.Flexibility to work in various locations and schedules as needed.Physical Requirements: Position involves heavy lifting (50 lbs. or more).
