- Modern Equipment: Drive late model Kenworth T-680 automatic trucks equipped with APUs, Inverter, refrigerator, and Blue Tooth. Rest assured, our outward-facing cameras ensure your privacy inside the truck. You can take your truck and trailer home, provided you have a suitable parking space.
- Regional Deliveries: You will be responsible for making deliveries primarily in Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Ohio. Occasionally, you may run to other states as needed.
- Competitive Pay: Earn an average of $1,225 to $1,450 per week. We guarantee a daily pay of $175, amounting to $1,225 for a full 7-day week, as long as you are available to work and don't refuse any loads (including situations beyond your control, such as truck repairs or inclement weather). Your base pay will be .50 CPM, with the opportunity to earn up to .57 CPM based on quarterly performance bonuses. Additionally, you will receive .03 CMP in assessorial pay (detention and stop pay). All miles, whether loaded or empty, will be compensated.
- Weekly Pay: You will receive your earnings via direct deposit every week.
- Home Time: With the Dedicated account, you'll enjoy home time every other week for 2 days off. If you reside in specific areas, you may have the opportunity to be home 1 or occasionally 2 nights a week during your 10-hour breaks.
- Reefer Trailer: As we specialize in hauling refrigerated freight, you will be pulling a reefer trailer equipped with SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamics. All freight is 100% no-touch, with 60% being drop and hook and 40% live load/unload.

- Orientation and Support: Our orientation program takes place over 3 days in Irving, Texas. We provide travel arrangements via flight or bus, along with meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during orientation. You'll be accommodated in a single-person hotel room. If you don't already have a TWIC card, we'll assist you in obtaining one during orientation. You'll receive $250 as orientation pay.
- Financial Benefits: Your first paycheck will include $250 for orientation pay, $300 for the sign-on bonus, and compensation for the miles you've driven. After orientation, we'll route you home to collect your belongings.
