- Responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining efficient and effective clinical operational
- Continually assess the evolving healthcare delivery landscape and make business cases and recommendations on future endeavors.
- Supports US partnerships through clinical trials or demonstrations and assists Marketing with clinical product development initiatives.
- Identify current industry trends and bring forward implementation solutions to the Company.
- Manages large Independent Delivery Networks' (IDN's) ongoing clinical training programs
- Partners with internal and external stakeholders to create clinical outlines and training modules for full hospital conversions and new builds.
- Serve as an escalation point for clients
- Assists Sales and Marketing teams with creating Executive Summaries, White Papers, and other marketing needs.
- Responsible for the financial management of the Clinical Department.
- Provide leadership, manage, coach, review performance, and hold accountable employees of the Clinical Department.
- Collaborates with VP of Sales and Regional Sales Directors to prioritize projects
- Creates a clinical structure to partner with full unit/hospital conversion, clinical outcomes, upselling, and bonus opportunities.
- Assign employees to projects while minimizing costs.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of related clinical experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience of selling in the healthcare field and capital medical equipment solutions consulting is preferred.
- An understanding of the clinical environment and Registered Nurse or Critical Care training is also preferred.
