- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Record and document interactions with customers for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep personal emotions in check, managing stress and adapting to rapidly changing situations.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Close out or open call records, which could include entering caller information, documenting call details, and any resolutions.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Drivers License and Vehicle
- Must be able to work on-site.
- Candidates must be prepared to undergo training specific to our products and protocols.
- Demonstration of patience and a pleasant speaking tone when dealing with all types of customers.
- Capability to handle pressure during peak hours.
- Must have Drivers License and Vehicle.
