Weekly earned wage access is an option for this positionPrimary Tasks:1. Make clinical assessments and use current lactation theories and research to develop evidence-based feeding plans that address individual feeding issues.2. Identify current and potential lactation needs of the prenatal and postnatal mother and infant.3. Establish the lactation educational needs of the prenatal and postnatal mother and infant.4. Give breastfeeding education and support to outpatient and inpatient, prenatal and postnatal mothers and infants.5. Provide follow-up to care via telephone calls, consultations, letters, and scheduling appointments.6. Coordinate the delivery of care to the pregnant and breastfeeding patients.7. Facilitate communication and collaboration between healthcare providers.8. Schedule consultations and coordinatre referrals.9. Assist with coordination of resources and orders for breastpumps.10. Work as RN PRN.11.
