- Assess customer needs, provide expertise and knowledge on product features, and provide consulting services regarding available options
- Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business
- Recover, optimize, maintain, and protect our customers' information on search engines and Google Business Profiles
- Communicate with other organizations like Google Support to assist our customers' needs
- Schedule and conduct performance briefings with customers and work to find solutions for potential inquiries
- Maintain the highest level of knowledge about our competitors
- Review customer's business settings and modify them as needed to optimize the success of the customer
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-year industry or related experience required
- Minimum of 3-year customer service experience required
- 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred
- Fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in English
