Pay Range: $77.31 - $79.31 per hourPosition OverviewA full-time contract opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services in a secure clinical environment in Delano, CA. This role offers consistent hours, with the potential to convert into a permanent state position offering full benefits.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as clinician-of-the-day during scheduled workdays to respond to patient emergencies
- Conduct patient interviews and obtain detailed psychosocial and health histories
- Assess and document actual and potential diagnoses and treatment needs
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care based on clinical expertise and patient conditions
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in compliance with standards
- Ensure prompt response to patient inquiries and coordinate referral follow-ups
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care
- Experience: Minimum of 12 continuous months of direct patient care within the last 3 years
- Licensure: Valid California LCSW license (hard copy required)
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Identification: Valid photo ID, Drivers License, or Passport
