- Ensure safety/security of marina tenants and their Guests, other team members, and property to which you are assigned.
- Enforce policies/procedures as directed by management.
- Without bias, accurately and factually document shift activities.
- Follow all safety procedures outlined in the marina security manual.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Hagadone Hospitality team member and marina security manuals.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to all Guests to ensure that each Guest experience is distinctly supreme.
- Effectively manage time and complete each of your assigned tasks as well as those directed by marina team members and management.
- Adhere to all uniform and dress requirements outlined in the Hagadone Hospitality team member manual. Security team members must be clean-shaven at the beginning of each shift.
- Meet or exceed all performance standards.
- Make safety and security patrols of property and facility.
- Report any unusual situations to the Duty Officer in a timely manner. These situations may include, but are not limited to: emergencies of any type, criminal activity, and law enforcement presence.
- Report status to Duty Officer each hour, on the hour.
- Investigate and assist with tenant and Guest concerns, incidents, accidents, and all emergencies.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Diploma or G.E.D., 21 years or older.
- Security or law enforcement experience preferred.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Clean DMV valid Idaho driver's license and clear background check.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Ensure that no employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.

- Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.
- Variable hour team members could be eligible12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.
- Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
- 2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member.
- 6 months gets 7 PTO days - 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)
- 1 year gets 10 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
- 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
- 5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)
- Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.
