Position Summary:Triple D’s Cleaning Service is hiring an experienced Floor Technician in the Fayetteville,NC area. This position is open only to candidates with professional experience in floor care, including machine operation, stripping, waxing, and buffing. Applicants without this specific experience will not be considered- please put your resume on file. Applicants MUST also have a personal vehicle.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
  • Operate and maintain commercial floor equipment (buffers, scrubbers, extractors, etc.).
  • Vacuum and deep clean carpeted areas.
  • Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
  • Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
  • Work collaboratively with the custodial team to maintain a clean and professional environment.
  • Respond to special cleaning requests and perform additional janitorial duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have prior experience as a floor technician.
  • Skilled in operating floor machines and using appropriate cleaning products.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Dependable and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Additional Details:
  • This is a full-time, hourly position through Triple D’s Cleaning Service.
  • Uniform and basic equipment training provided.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful background screening.
