We're collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to creating clear, actionable resources that drive lasting impact.How you'll contributeA Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) who excels in this role:Analyzes enterprise risk scorecards and other data to identify trends, high-risk areas, and emerging risks across the organizationTranslates complex data into concise, clear, and actionable outputs that inform prioritization of risk mitigation strategiesDesigns and packages insights into intuitive toolkits, including heat maps, executive summaries, and playbooksTailors resources for operational audiences, highlighting “hot spot” risk areas, identifying drivers and root causes, and providing practical guidanceCoordinates and manages proactive ERM education and training programsPartners with Learning & Development, People Services, Ethics & Compliance, and other departments to integrate risk-related content into system-wide trainingFacilitates workshops and learning sessions to reinforce risk ownership at the local levelServes as a liaison between ERM, ERM component functions, and operational departments to promote understanding of risk metricsSupports leaders in interpreting risk data and developing response plansGathers user feedback to improve toolkits, training, and mitigation strategiesCoordinates with Assurance Services, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, People Services, and Risk to align ERM effortsWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Additional requirements include:Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPHRM, PMP, CHC) preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management, healthcare compliance, healthcare operations, or a related fieldProven ability to analyze data and communicate conclusions/insights to operational leaders or stakeholdersExperience developing and delivering professional education or training programsStrong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasetsExcellent written and oral communication skills tailored to diverse audiencesUnderstanding of healthcare operations, regulatory environments, and risk management principlesAbility to manage multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholdersProficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) and MS Office programsEEOC Statement
