Job DescriptionAs Manager and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Logistics Pod under Digital Supply Chain, you will play a key role in crafting a product roadmap that supports our Digital Supply Chain strategy. You will serve as the bridge between business requirements and our technical development team.You will build a deep understanding of the targeted business practices and build close relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure that the development team’s effort is aligned with our business objectives. You will be responsible for key features that will transform our Logistics Operations Team’s routines, and you will heavily influence the value and KPI’s as our measure for success.Some of the current projects under Logistics Pod includes automated warehouse tasking, transportation planning and execution, quarter end routine transformation, OTM cloud migration, and EWM integration.You can expect the following responsibilities as a SME under Logistics Pod-Help define a clear product strategy and vision and work with product owner to establish product’s business valueCollaborate with business partners to ensure digital vision and products align with their business strategy and product requirementsAble to optimally translate business user needs to the development team (BI engineers, Data engineers, Data scientists, UIUX designers… etc)Translate output from usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven designManage development progress of key features from discovery to productionPlay a key leadership role on Agile team(s) and work onsite on a weekly basis, using Jira, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologyQUALIFICATIONSHave 3-5 years of business experience (logistics/planning/supply chain consulting preferred)Possesses strong collaborative & analytical skillsExperienced in breaking down sophisticated problems into achievable, incremental achievementsExperienced in translating business requirements into technical and functional specificationsPassionate about continuous improvement and disruptive technologiesPossesses logistics systems knowledge (SAP ECC, APO, OTM… etc)Possesses proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI greatly preferredWHY US?We're accelerating our ambition to become a best-in-class Digital leader by making data-driven investments that drive smarter business decisions.
