- Deliver upon corporate design obligations efficiently and effectively with timely solutions that fit programming requirements on time, within budget and that foster a branded quality product
- Participate in multiple weekly project status updating meetings
- Assist work during the design phases and design analysis of various corporate delivery systems to ensure sponsor intent is realized in final physical form. Corporate space planning project types include, but are not limited to, the following: corporate expansion into new space, corporate remodels of existing space, other modifications to existing space
- Actively participate in development and continuous improvement of corporate workplace design guidelines
- Engage as a contributor in the role of CRES corporate design liaison for internal and external KeyBank partners. Internal and external partner relationships include, but are not limited to: LOB sponsors, ETO/Cabling, Marketing, Corporate Security, Corporate Procurement, Architects and Engineers and their partner consultants, Merchandising Professionals, FF&E vendors, JLL and their current occupancy system, CRES disciplines (Transactions, Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, Construction Management, Facilities Management)
- Project Coordination - Assist with planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all activities are executed on time and within budget
- Site Supervision - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, check quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Documentation Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Stakeholder Communication - Facilitate clear and effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Budget Tracking - Assist in tracking project expenses, invoicing processing with Project Auditor, preparing cost estimates, and managing financial records to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Schedule Management – assist the Senior Construction Manager with adherence to construction schedule and its relationship with the overall project
- Risk Management - Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs
- Resource Allocation - Help coordinate the allocation of resources, such as labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution
- Quality Control - Support quality control initiatives by conducting inspections and ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards
- Reporting - Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and other stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and any areas of concern
- Learning and Development - Actively participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in construction management
- Must have completed at least three years toward a four year degree program, with the expectations of graduating in Spring of 2027 or December of 2026.
- Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA)
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
- Bring solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills in both graphic and written form
- Working knowledge in Revit and/or AutoCAD. An added plus if also proficient or have working knowledge with MS Office suite of tools, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, ProCore and/or Plan Grid
