We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to join our Talent Management team. This mid-level role will support the execution of strategic talent initiatives across North America, with a focus on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, Workday enablement, and employee talent journey milestones. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a passion for developing leaders, and a collaborative mindset to help drive talent growth and performance across the region and in partnership with the Global talent organization.Organizational Effectiveness:
  • Develop and maintain processes for job evaluation & grading in support of the Org Design process. This may include building out OE tools and frameworks, such as competency models and org design templates.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to build org design capabilities with HR and the business.
  • Partner with HR Services and Systems to develop and maintain reporting/scorecards to include but not limited to populations, levels, layers, span of control
  • Assess organizational health and recommend interventions that enhance team effectiveness, agility, and performance.
Program & Project Management:
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership development programs, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communications
  • Maintain program calendars and ensure timely execution of key milestones
  • Track and report on program metrics, feedback, and ROI
  • Analyze trends in talent data to identify gaps and opportunities
Employee Talent Journey:
  • Support execution of Objectives/Results/Appraisals process across North America
  • Drive completion and quality of employee development milestones (career aspirations, CV updates, career planning)
  • Collaborate with Global Talent Team on communications and engagement strategies
  • Technical system support through troubleshooting with HR, managers and employees
Workday Change Champion:
  • Serve as a regional Workday Change Champion:
  • Deliver localized training and support to end users (HR, managers, employees)
  • Cascade key messages and updates
  • Monitor adoption and raise issues to the project team
  • Share best practices and identify user experience improvements
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • 5 + years of experience in HR with an emphasis on talent management, organizational effectiveness and/or as a business partner
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
  • Familiarity with leadership development programs and coaching tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with executive development programs and assessments
  • Data tracking and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change management
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across levels
