The Residency Program Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of high-level administrative duties to support the Residency Program. The Residency Program Assistant will work with the Residency Director and other Residency Program leaders in all aspects of the residency program administration from application through graduation, plus the coordination of licensing for residents and faculty. They provide administrative support for the Match process; organizes and participates in medical student applications, medical student interviews and preparation in Match activities. In addition, they maintain proper online presence in all areas including, ACGME, AOA, ERAS, AOA opportunities and other relevant social media. They manage schedule of activities for academic term plus act as a Liaison between Residency Director, faculty, chief medical resident, residents, and student. Plus, other duties as assigned.QualificationsAssociates Degree plus 1-3 years of high level administrative experience in a healthcare setting OR relevant combination of education and experience.We encourage anyone with a relevant combination of education and experience to apply.
