Whether through employment, therapy, respite, or recreation, we're proud to help people of all abilities thrive.A Day in the Life of a Team Lead:As a Team Lead for our adult day support program at SOAR365, your day will be a balance of leadership, teamwork, and service. You'll coach and support staff to deliver engaging, high-quality programs for individuals with disabilities, ensuring that daily activities run smoothly and effectively. You'll keep operations organized by coordinating staff schedules, guiding program documentation, answering staff questions, and providing feedback. You'll coach and mentor staff, offering feedback and encouragement that helps strengthen their skills and teamwork. By modeling best practices in program delivery and client engagement, you'll set the standard for quality service. Working closely with the Supervisor, you'll help plan activities, set goals, and evaluate program effectiveness. You'll also ensure smooth daily operations by sharing program schedules and client information, coordinating safe and timely transportation, and keeping supplies organized and replenished. When needed, you'll step in as the acting supervisor, providing steady leadership and reassurance to your team. Above all, you'll build strong, positive relationships with staff, clients, and families by fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone can thrive.Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school/GED graduate with 3 years of education/experience in related field.
  • Experience leading teams in volunteer or paid capacity preferred.
  • Supervisory experience desired.
  • Must obtain Medication Administration certification.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have driving record meeting SOAR365 driver eligibility criteria.
