• Active and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital or clinical setting
• BLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
• Strong clinical evaluation, reasoning, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication, patient care, and teamwork abilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to develop, implement, and modify individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services and delegate tasks as appropriate
• Design and implement functional rehabilitation programs to support patient recovery and return to community activities
• Educate patients, families, students, and healthcare staff on therapy goals and progress
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to address discharge planning and ongoing care needs
• Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Promote patient and staff safety by following hospital protocols and best practices
• Engage in ongoing professional development and advocacy for the physical therapy profession
• Ensure compliance with the Wisconsin State Practice Act and all relevant regulatory agencies
