Come build your career with BAE Systems.BAE Systems, Inc., Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) is seeking a Principal Quality Engineer to support EW-IMC CCA, module, and box build manufacturing at our Spit Brook Road, Nashua, NH site. As a Principal Quality Engineer for EW-IMC your key responsibilities/requirements will include:
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize quality principles and execution of continuous improvement projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effective and timely 8D Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) in identifying true root cause and resolution.
  • Ability to be a team leader and influence change.
  • Communication and coordination of activities with other departments and with other program facing Manufacturing Product Assurance (MPA) Quality Engineers.
  • Active participant in Quality Reviews, PSR/CABs, IPTs, etc.
  • Provide continuous improvement recommendations and participate in CI activities.

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline and 6+ years of work experience.
  • Working knowledge of AS9100D Quality System and pertinent Quality practices.
  • Experience with the following:
  • Material Review Board and Failure Review Board
  • Leading Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities
  • AS9102- First Article Inspection
  • Supplier interaction and engagement activities
  • Analyze defects and conduct trend analysis
  • Familiarity with AS9145/APQP/PPAP tools and requirements
