- Help execute customer care and B2B sales strategies to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and follow up with business clients in person
- Leverage customer insights to recognize market trends, define target audiences, and identify business growth opportunities
- Drive sales growth by supporting lead generation, prospecting new business clients, and managing follow-up communications
- Engage with potential customers throughout the full sales cycle. This includes the entire process from initial contact to closing the sale
- Maintain and organize customer records in our CRM system to ensure accurate and efficient client management
- Track, analyze, and report key sales metrics to support performance improvements and strategic planning
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and managing client documentation
- A genuine passion for customer service, customer care, and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
- A creative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to think strategically and outside the box
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required; we provide full training
