Career Movement (CM) is hiring a Talent Sourcer to join our high-energy, nationwide recruiting team. We’re a people-first firm that partners with some of the most exciting companies in tech, legal, finance, marketing, and life sciences. In this role, you’ll help uncover top talent, build strong candidate relationships, and support recruiters and sales teams in delivering a great experience from first outreach to placement.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal tools
  • Write compelling job ads and help keep them updated and effective
  • Call, screen, and build rapport with job seekers to understand what they want next
  • Support Account Managers by delivering strong talent pipelines
  • Help candidates reach their career goals — and feel good about it
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related role
  • 1+ years of experience with Boolean searches
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using AI tools, LinkedIn, and job boards like ZipRecruiter
  • Organized, proactive, and great at managing your own time
  • Based in the Central or Mountain time zone
