Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled CNC Aerospace Programmer to join our precision aerospace manufacturing team. This role is responsible for developing, verifying, and optimizing CNC programs to machine high-tolerance aerospace components on multi-axis milling centers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software, a deep understanding of aerospace machining processes, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Create and optimize CNC programs for complex aerospace parts using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX, CATIA, or similar)Select appropriate tooling, cutting strategies, and fixtures for aluminum, titanium, and stainless-steel componentsInterpret aerospace engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D modelsCollaborate with engineering, quality, and shop floor teams to ensure successful first-article productionTroubleshoot machining issues and provide real-time support to machine operatorsDrive process improvements to reduce cycle time, improve tool life, and increase first-pass yieldMaintain program documentation and revision control per AS9100 standardsQualifications:3+ years of experience programming CNC machines in an aerospace environmentProficiency with CAM software (Mastercam, NX, CATIA, or equivalent)Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining best practicesExperience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC millsFamiliarity with HAAS, Makino, Doosan, and other aerospace-grade CNC equipment is a plusWorking knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentBenefits:Competitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and development opportunities
