This is a hands-on, early-career role for someone with strong internship experience and at least one full-time role who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll shape the voice of Vibe, create content that connects, and drive engagement across platforms - while also helping us explore how our content can expand across other marketing channels.You'll have the freedom to build a baseline, set clear goals, and drive incremental growth year over year. With access to budget and outside partners, you'll be the driver who ensures Vibe shows up in authentic, creative, and community-driven ways.Essential Duties
  • Social Media Ownership: Develop and execute Vibe's social media strategy across platforms, including content planning, creation, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Content Creation: Film, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video, graphics, and copy tailored for social platforms.
  • Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure all content meets compliance requirements and adheres to Vibe's brand guidelines.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Community Engagement, Branch teams, HR, and other internal stakeholders to support initiatives such as community events and employer branding.
  • Performance & Analytics: Define clear KPIs, track performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and growth.
  • Agency/Freelancer Partnerships: Manage relationships with external partners to expand capabilities in design, video, or paid campaigns.
  • Content Exploration: Support broader exploration into other content channels as appropriate, contributing to Vibe's overall marketing presence.
  • Member Engagement: Serve as the voice of Vibe in social conversations, responding to comments, messages, and digital interactions with authenticity and care.
Education/Experience
  • Strong internship portfolio plus at least one full-time (non-internship) role.
  • Demonstrated experience filming and editing video for social-first platforms.
  • Understanding of social trends and ability to translate them into brand opportunities.
  • Experience working with analytics tools and turning data into insights.
  • Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
