Overview:Highlight is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead a team of 13 FTEs providing traditional PM support (reporting, stakeholder engagement, personnel management). This program provides data migration strategy and services, executive strategy and program management services with technical expertise in all relevant areas to the federal customer's efforts. Responsibilities:This individual must be comfortable directly interfacing with the customer, as they will be responsible for developing and presenting executive level briefings with internal stakeholders (Executive Assistant Commissioners, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Commissioner) and external. Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years total experience for a Program Manager with at least 4 years of high-level project management experience, preferably on technical solution development projects.
  • Certification in project management from a recognized credentialing agency (e.g., Project Management Profession (PMP) and/or Program management professional from the Project Management Institute
  • Certification in cloud solution architecture from a FEDRAMP accredited cloud service provider,
  • Experience effectively communicating with senior levels of a customer organization
  • Experience meeting with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items and effectively executing those items in accordance with approved plans.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative work environment.
  • Experience managing technology requirements and rapid response scenarios.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. About Highlight:
