We are looking for a Service Technician to join and complete our Service Tech team here at our Goldsboro, NC location. This tech will primarily service our Farms to ensure good livability, good health, and production. Strictly enforcing our company's Biosecurity, Animal Welfare, and Safety polices.Daily Duties and Responsibilities along with w/Skill Sets:
  • Required to drive a company vehicle therefore must be able to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
  • Must follow the company’s rules and regulations for biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety
  • Work productively with Farm Managers and peers in building a dedicated and effective team
  • Must be organized, and demonstrate the need to prioritize daily/weekly responsibilities to ensure efficient operations
  • Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Microsoft Office experience, Word, Excel, and Email (sending and receiving)
  • Self-starter and adaptable to learning
  • Excellent Mathematical ability
  • Proven Solver
  • Flexibility to work extended work days and hours if needed
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with poultry, preferably Turkeys
  • A college degree in a related field (Business, Agriculture) is preferred
  • Bi-lingual Spanish speaking skills a plus
