PulseForge expertise and technology free designers from current production limitations while using significantly less energy and reducing material and chemical waste.We are growing and are looking for individuals who share our vision!Overview - The Inventory/Shipping & Receiving Clerk ensures the accurate receipt, tracking, and movement of materials and merchandise. This role requires strong attention to detail and above-average organizational skills to maintain an orderly stockroom and well-structured inventory racks on the manufacturing floor, ensuring materials are readily accessible to production personnel. Responsibilities also include preparing and processing shipping orders accurately and on time.Responsibilities:
  • Receive, stock, and issue materials/ merchandise
  • Verify incoming materials against purchase orders
  • Enter materials/merchandise into the internal inventory system Odoo; monitor for re-order
  • Issue part labeling for new merchandise
  • Pick work orders through the internal inventory system
  • Count material, equipment, merchandise, and supplies in stock; verify against clerical computations; investigate and report reasons for discrepancies; correct errors where necessary
  • Maintain inventory on the manufacturing floor and resolve any issues
  • Continuously maintain a list of depleted items and recommend a survey of defective or unusable items
  • Work with the shipping administrator to prepare products for shipping
  • Maintain an orderly and debris-free inventory stock room and manufacturing floor racks
  • HAZMAT shipping
  • International shipping documentation
Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience with receiving/inventory management in a technical manufacturing environment
  • Shipping (especially international) experience is a plus; hazardous materials shipping is a plus
  • Forklift experience required – both sit-down and stand-up
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Material handling is a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office products; Odoo knowledge required
  • Accurate and detailed orientation
  • Able to demonstrate above-average organizational skills and self-motivation
