  • The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialists provides diversified support for the hourly hiring in the HomeGoods/Homesense Distribution to ensure business needs are met. Our Operations Specialists possess strong communication skills and act as a liaison between the candidates, Recruiters and other Internal Business Partners. They must also possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. They are resourceful and confident in problem solving. They must be able to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
  • Delivers excellent client employment brand experience to all candidates.
  • Provides diversified support for multiple Recruiters and Distribution Center locations in a dynamic high volume fast-paced work environment
  • Acts as business partner and liaison to both Recruiters and Distribution Center HR Team on process
  • Schedules and coordinates onsite and virtual interviews at Distribution Center locations
  • Drafts and send offer letters to candidates
  • Initiates and tracks progress of Pre-Hire Background Checks; adjudicates Former Employment and Education flags.
  • Partners with internal contacts (Distribution Center HR, HR Compliance, HR Xpress, Payroll) to ensure accurate new hire records and documentation.
  • Proactively communicates with candidates and external contacts across various channels (email, phone, text)
  • In real time tracks applicant flow, manages transactions in ATS and prepares new hires for Orientation.
  • On average, expected to effectively manage 100+ candidates weekly in the ATS during peak periods.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high volume and fast paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication with the flexibility to assess and tailor communication style to others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective prioritization.
  • Self-directed individual who can work independently and collaborate as needed with peers and across functionally.
  • Ability to build trustworthy credible relationships and maintain a growth mindset.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Reliable Internet/WiFi connection
Hybrid work model – set standard 2 days a month in office (Framingham, MA) plus additional days predetermined by Manager.
As business needs dictates, must be flexible to support weekends and/or outside of the core business hours of 9-5pm during peak periods.Local talent only – must be commutable to office in Framingham, MA

  • 3-month contract to start with potential to extend 3 months (total contract 6 months max)
  • Start date of 6/3/24 with 4 weeks of training
Core working hours of 9-5pm (Monday-Friday)
  • As business needs dictate, must be flexible to support weekends and/or outside of the core business hours during peak periods.
