Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is undergoing a major uplift and upgrade of their Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP system. They are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst who combines strong technical and functional knowledge of SyteLine with project management expertise. This individual will play a key role in guiding ERP initiatives, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business and IT teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate Infor SyteLine upgrade and uplift projects and ERP initiatives, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope.Act as liaison between operations, supply chain, production, and IT to align ERP capabilities with business needs.Configure, maintain, and optimize SyteLine on-premises applications.Develop and maintain SQL Server queries, reports, and stored procedures to support decision-making.Deliver reporting and dashboards using Power BI (major plus).Facilitate project planning, requirements gathering, testing, and change management activities.Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide solutions that improve operational efficiency.Prepare project documentation, workflows, and user guides to ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) in a technical/functional role.Proven experience in Infor SyteLine upgrades, uplifts, or migrations on prem.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations processes (production, inventory, scheduling, supply chain).Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).Experience with Power BI for dashboards and visualization (major plus).Demonstrated Project Management skills (planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions.
Preferred SkillsFormal Project Management training or certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, etc.).Experience managing cross-functional teams in ERP-related projects.Knowledge of integrations between SyteLine and third-party applications.Familiarity with data migration and data warehousing concepts.
