Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP AdministratorLocation: Watsonville, CAHybrid (3 days onsite)Long Term ContractOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administrator to join our growing team supporting all aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. This role involves the administration of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM applications, including deployment, security, system monitoring, configurations, patching, and migrations.The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, experience with ERP implementations, and demonstrates reliability, enthusiasm, creativity, and customer focus. Strong collaboration skills are essential to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS environments, including configurations, user access, auditing, and patching.
  • Manage environment refreshes, patches, and ensure instances are restored to working condition for end users.
  • Oversee user security and roles in Oracle Fusion Cloud, OTM, and EPM; guide users on appropriate access and functionality.
  • Implement and monitor auditing of user access across ERP, EPM, and OTM to minimize access violations (Oracle RMC).
  • Perform Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP configurations, migrate reporting objects, and OIC objects as needed.
  • Coordinate with Oracle to execute system/service maintenance tasks, backups, and recovery of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Monitor application performance, reliability, integrity, and recoverability across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, OTM, and EPM.
  • Support activities related to patching, critical updates, and downtime for ERP, EPM, and OTM.
  • Communicate maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle.
  • Track and respond to service requests and notifications related to patching, updates, and downtime.
  • Assist technical teams in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM.
  • Partner with Security, Network, Development, and Product teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Configure Oracle SaaS applications to support production and development changes.
  • Migrate technical SaaS and PaaS objects such as OIC, BIP, BICC, and ESS jobs.
  • Manage and follow up on service requests in MOS for issue resolution.
  • Fulfill ServiceNow tickets within agreed SLAs to support users.
Job Requirements
  • 8+ years of overall ERP administration experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, EPM & OTM).
  • Experience with at least one full implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is preferred.
  • Experience leading full Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects across requirements, design, testing, and roll-out.
  • Hands-on experience with supporting OIC and VBCS.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns to support administrative integrations used in DevOps.
  • Experience with Oracle RMC and securing Oracle SaaS applications.
  • Knowledge of Oracle SaaS patching processes and release cycles.
  • Proven experience migrating configurations, and importing/exporting backups into Oracle SaaS applications.
