As our dispatch captain, you expertly assign technicians to jobs to meet our clients' expectations, ensuring every customer receives top-notch service. You also make outbound calls to follow up with clients and guarantee their satisfaction. With every phone call, you radiate professionalism and leave customers smiling!QUALIFICATIONS
