- Develop and maintain relationships with major national and regional retailers/distributors.
- Oversee accounts that generate a substantial portion of company sales.
- Build long-lasting, valuable partnerships to drive growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CPG or pet product industry sales calling on HQ and retail stores (pet industry experience a plus).
- Ability to leverage trends and data.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work onsite at the office.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible – able to pivot quickly.
- Team player.
