This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to create detailed engineering drawings and layouts for mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies. The junior Mechanical Engineer will optimize design factors, including functionality, manufacturability, material availability, cost, and serviceability while ensuring compliance with customer specifications.Achievement of objectives must include an overriding commitment to quality that must permeate the areas of responsibility. Apply engineering fundamentals and experience to perform routine and moderately complex engineering tasks.
Follows standard engineering practices and procedures.
Perform assignments given by more senior-level engineers.
Follow the instructions given for the required tasks and expected results.
It requires good organization and communication skills and working well with others.
It requires routine exercise of judgment when making decisions among various technical options.
Coordinate the design development of work orders, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and quotes with other departments while participating in Material Review Board (MRB) processes and Advance Deviation Requests (ADRs).
Work independently on moderately complex designs with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgement in technical decision-making.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent expertise with 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, and 3 to 6 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 0-3 years of experience.
· Engineering skills with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
· Intermediate level of CAD, Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
· Effective communication and teamwork skills.
· Microsoft Office and capable of report writing.
Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with Inventor and SolidWorks Simulation software.
· Knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5 2018 standards.
