
Attachment Coordinator, Machine

- Serve as the primary liaison between the inventory team, satellite sites, sales coordinators, sales staff, and transportation teams to coordinate attachment transfers and communicate delivery timelines.
- Input delivery requests into the flatbed portal, create transfer paperwork, and maintain accurate records of inventory movements using internal tracking systems.
- Verify returned attachments to ensure they are correct and include all applicable parts, reducing errors and discrepancies.
- Pull, stage, label, and secure attachments for flatbed delivery, assigning tracking numbers, and ensuring safe transport on pallets.
- Load and unload attachments from lowboy trailers or other transport vehicles.
- Systematically log all shipping & receiving of machines/attachments (Yancey Owned, Customer Owned, Repo, etc.).
- Ensure all transferring inventory is properly labeled with tracking numbers for scanning and tracking.
- Inventory attachments in yard, including monthly checks.
- Clean and perform pre/post inspections on attachments and related equipment.
- Maintain outside facilities to include organizing attachments on the yard and cutting yard with mower.
- Forklift inspections.
- Monthly monitoring and recording of oil levels in tanks.
- Support problem resolution for delayed, misplaced, or incorrect transfers, collaborating with relevant teams.
- Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry level position
- Strong communication and organizational skills required for hub coordination.
- Heavy: Constantly Lift/Carry/Lower 1 – 15 Lbs, Constantly Lift/Carry/Lower 15 – 30 Lbs, Frequently Lift/Carry/Lower 30 – 50 Lbs, occasionally Lift/Carry/Lower 50 – 75 Lbs, seldom Lift/Carry/Lower 75 – 100 Lbs +.
- Frequently pushing/pulling, reaching (both above and below shoulder), bending/twisting, walking, standing, repetition – hand/wrist simple and firm grasping.
- Frequently crouching/stooping/squatting, crawling/kneeling, climbing/stepping.
- Subject to extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, and ice. Equipment, tools and job site may be very loud requiring hearing protection. Environment may include vibrations, strong odors, moving mechanical parts, exposure to electrical shock, flammable liquids and gases, oils and solvents, working on platforms or equipment over 4 feet from the ground. Appropriate PPE will be required and mandated by Yancey Bros. Co. or the customer.
