Pay Rate: $25.50-$25.75 per hourAbout the RolePDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-driven Operations - Inspector to support critical aerospace manufacturing operations. As an Inspection Technician II, you'll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality by inspecting components and assemblies-ensuring every product meets strict engineering and workmanship criteria.Your work directly impacts flight safety, product performance, and customer satisfaction across the aerospace industry.What You'll DoConduct Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspections according to documented proceduresPerform audits and SAP transactions to maintain accurate inspection recordsInterpret technical drawings and bills of materialsUse precision inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, and height gaugesDetermine product acceptance per documentation and quality standardsDocument and report discrepancies clearly and accuratelySupport multiple product lines and commoditiesAnswer quality and inspection-related questions from internal teamsMaintain current skills, knowledge, and certifications required for the rolePrioritize tasks to meet production schedulesPerform other duties as assignedWhat You'll NeedRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED (vocational/technical education preferred)Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in inspection or related quality roleThis position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
