As a Budtender at DACUT, you are the face of the brand. You’ll guide customers through their cannabis journey with professionalism, product knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier customer service, we want to meet you.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver outstanding customer service in every interactionEducate customers on cannabis products, effects, usage, and complianceMaintain an organized, compliant, and visually appealing sales floorMeet or exceed sales goals through effective product recommendationsStay current on product offerings, new inventory, and industry trendsUphold all company policies, safety standards, and state cannabis regulationsQUALIFICATIONS:Prior cannabis, retail, or hospitality experience preferredStrong product knowledge and passion for cannabis cultureExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be 21+ and able to pass any required background checksWHAT WE OFFER:Competitive pay starting at $15/hr, with growth opportunities 💸Health, dental, and vision insurance 🏥A dynamic, supportive team environmentIndustry training, ongoing education, and room to grow 📈READY TO JOIN THE MOVEMENT?
