This is a fully remote role that combines customer service, consultative sales, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions all while making a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads and referrals via phone, email, and video to assess client needs
- Educate clients on life insurance options including term, whole, and universal life
- Provide personalized quotes and close new policies using a consultative approach
- Maintain licensing compliance and product knowledge in all operating states
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Log all activities in the CRM accurately and in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry regulations, carrier products, and underwriting guidelines
- Minimum 1-2 years of service and/or sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with limited supervision
- Proficient with digital tools such as CRM systems, VoIP software, and e-signature platforms
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset

- 1st Yr. Income Range: $41,210-$52,450/yr
