Our client, a leading player in the food andh health industry is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.Job Title: Material HandlerLocation: Harrisonburg, VAPay Range:Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM, 12-hour shift, rotating 2-2-3What's the Job?
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
  • Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
  • Maintain shipping supplies to ensure orders ship on schedule.
  • Receive and process warehouse stock while maintaining inventory control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with Microsoft Office products and SAP software preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
  • Ability to work well with others in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the day.
