- Lead development programs through the Systems Engineering process using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches.
- Implement rigorous MBSE approaches using SysML in MagicDraw.
- Collaborate closely with domain experts and software development teams to realize program designs and digital engineering goals.
- Implement traceability between MBSE model content and domain-specific analysis tools and simulations.
- Design and implement digital signal processing over the complete signal processing chain for radar applications in various operational environments.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with SysML models in MagicDraw (or similar tool).
- Proficiency in C/C++ or Python.
- Experience working with software-intensive systems and open architecture.
- Agile software development experience.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship.
- MS or PhD in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.
- Domain expertise in Radar, Electronic Warfare, Acoustic, Sensor Resource Management, Sea/Air/Space, Large-Scale Platform Test Systems, Cyber Physical Systems, Open System Architectures (UCI, OMS, COARPS).
- Familiarity with specific government open architectures (e.g., Open Mission Systems).
- Experience with the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM).
