This role is responsible for advancing PCC’s people-centered strategy through leadership development, employee learning, orientation and onboarding programs, and institutional capacity building.As part of the People Strategy, Equity, and Culture (PSEC) division, the Director will lead efforts to build a strong foundation for employee development across all employee groups. This includes stewarding New Employee Orientation (NEO), launching collegewide learning initiatives, overseeing the implementation and use of learning systems and platforms, and partnering with leaders to align professional development with PCC’s mission, values, and strategic goals.This position provides strategic and operational leadership for a newly established team of learning and development professionals and works collaboratively with partners across PCC.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, education, organizational development, or related field.
