To learn more about us, visit our website:Position Summary: As a Remote Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the first line of communication with our customers-scheduling service calls, updating work orders, and supporting technicians with accurate, timely information. We're looking for someone who already knows their way around ServiceTitan and understands the pace and flow of a busy HVAC service office. If you're friendly, organized, and experienced in the home services industry, we'd love to meet you!Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experienceWork Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmRequired Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceTitan (required)
  • Background in HVAC, home services, or field service operations strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving skills and system-level thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience training or supporting others in ServiceTitan usage is a plus
  • Comfort with remote tools and platforms
