These activities include the following:Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead functional workshops to gather and document business requirements related to Customer to Meter processes
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and Oracle C2M configurations
  • Configure Oracle C2M modules such as Customer Information System (CIS), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Service Order Management
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration and data flow between systems
  • Support testing activities including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Utilities best practices and industry standards
  • Conduct user training and support change management initiatives
  • Assist in go-live preparation and post-implementation support
  • Maintain documentation for functional designs, configurations, and process flows
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) in a functional role
  • Strong understanding of utility business processes (Metering, Billing, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
  • Ability to configure Oracle C2M modules and support testing activities
  • Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and documentation
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of integration points with other Oracle Utilities applications (e.g., CC&B, MDM)

US Base Pay DisclosureAccelalpha follows fair and equitable payment practice, considering many factors such as the candidate’s skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location.
