
Outbound Customer Service Phone Support

- Call center and phone customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred: Fluent in English and all languages
- Stoughton office location
- 6-8 weeks required in person for training
- Full time, 35 hours a week
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Outbound calls
- Communicate with Consumer Relations staff
- Provides program related resource information, as applicable
- Must report all suspected incidents of consumer sexual/physical abuse and neglect to the Disabled Person Protection Commission (DPPC)
- Competent with data entry
- Self-motivated
- Professional, friendly and understanding
- Punctual and dependable
- Able to work efficiently as a team player
- Willing to learn and apply new information
- Call Center and customer service experience highly preferred
- Working in office experience highly preferred
- Bilingual a plus
- High School Diploma
