- Collaborate with HR team members and department managers to efficiently schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person).
- Ensure timely processing of candidate expenses post-interviews.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, employees, and corporate clients to enhance the candidate experience.
- Prepare and distribute interview materials to interviewers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Provide administrative support for HR policies and procedures, ensuring smooth internal communication.
- Contribute to ad hoc reporting and special HR projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- One or more years of experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative role supporting HR functions, including interview scheduling; Internship experience is also acceptable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to ask the right questions and drive efficient solutions.
- Technical proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies quickly and effectively.
- Proven ability to adapt and pivot quickly in response to schedule changes and unexpected events.
- Ability to exercise discretion and professionalism while handling sensitive candidate information, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Experience in a consulting, professional services, or architecture/engineering firm.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like iCIMS.
