- Monitor and analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, improve, and implement optimized processes to improve quality, reduce costs, streamline processes.
- Proactively identify process developments and designs to improve capability and presentation of these opportunities.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and provide process technical support.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flows.
- Provide technical expertise to projects to ensure processes are designed for high-quality and efficient production.
- Be the technical owner on process deliverables: process simulations, design calculations, chemical applications, etc.
- Develop training for production teams to ensure consistency and quality in manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or process related discipline
- Self-directed learning, leading, and directing others.
- Contribution motivated individual
- Experience identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
- Experienced knowledge in pulp and paper industry.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing chemical trials.
- Ability to digest, retain, and communicate technical concepts concisely and effectively.
