Job Description
  • Adhere to general work requirements
  • Repair, modify and service aircraft avionics, electrical and electronic equipment with limited supervision
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form
  • Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
  • Operate ground support equipment
  • Ability to operate industrial vehicles and equipment (scissor/boom lift, forklift, etc.)
  • Comply with environmental, health and safety policies and procedures. Participate in 5-S activities. Perform work in a safe and timely manner
  • Own and maintain hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools Read and understand electrical engineering drawings
  • Perform aircraft inspections with appropriate oversight
  • Basic PC skills
Qualifications
  • 3 Years of experience as avionics
  • 2nd shift availability
You have Avionics/Electrical aircraft Technical school OR Substantiated Equivalent such as:
  • FCC/GROL License
  • NCATT/AET Certification
  • FAA A&P License
  • Military qualifications
