SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Team Lead for a large distribution center located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The Team Lead will assist the supervisor in the daily operations of the warehouse including receiving incoming shipments, sorting & transferring materials, and preparing shipments for outbound delivery.SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($20) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Available shifts include Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pmResponsibilities of the Team Lead:
  • Monitor and assign daily work to all subordinates
  • Oversee daily operations and end of shift reports
  • Follow up on issues as needed
  • Work with local team to identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Be flexible with shift hours as needed in 4th QTR
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • Follow and maintain 7s Program and guidelines
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications of the Team Lead:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • SAP and /or WMS environment preferred
  • Computer literacy applied
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player: reliable, dependable, responsible, and able to fulfill obligations • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills
