Mid-size Firm in Clayton, MO. Autonomy, ability to run entire project lifecycle, 100% local projects Commercial, Education, and Multifamily projects: Ground-up, tenant finish, and reno. Typical project size $500K-$8M. Can onboard for this pretty quickly for someone with an eagerness to learn.My client is a midsized general contracter located in Clayton, MO. They act as both an owner's representative and construction manager, and offers full-service general contracting for owners and developers in industrial, education, healthcare, leisure, office, retail, and historic renovation. Working with some of the area's top architects, my client conducts historical and general renovations, tenant build-outs and ground-up projects throughout the region.The senior project engineers and project managers take a hands-on approach to ensure open communication at all levels, resulting in cost-effective and efficient design, permitting and construction schedules as well as top-quality craftsmanship in every phase of the project.- Base Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 based on skillset and experience- Bonus (Yearly)- Vehicle Allowance- Healthcare (United Healthcare; 80% Employee and 40% Family covered)- 401(k) Match of 4%
