All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply, including individuals with disabilities and Protected Veterans.Pay Range: $60,000 - $95,000 AnnuallyCompensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pmBenefits That Drive Your SuccessMAS offers the comprehensive benefits you expect from an industry leader, including:Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) plans2 weeks of Paid Parental Leave for Full time Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week6 paid holidays annuallyMedical, Prescription Drug, Dental & Vision Insurance effective Day 1401(k) Retirement Plan with company matchEmployer Paid Short-Term Disability & Life InsuranceAdditional Voluntary Life InsuranceContinuing Education OpportunitiesFree Prescription or Non-Prescription Safety Glasses annuallyAnnual Voluntary Uniform StipendKey Job Responsibilities:Determines testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviews all estimates for repairPerforms diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysisPerforms wiring repairsAdvises shop of needed repairsKeeps inventory of stock, communicating with support staff for needed orders and verifying order receiptsWrites, prints and emails service invoicesCollects signature or payment for work performedDelivers completed invoices and payments to office in orderly mannerKeeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshoots breakdowns; maintains supplies; performs preventative maintenance; advises management of repairs; keeps Google Drive up to dateCollaborates with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule/complete jobsOther duties, as assignedPreferred Skills/Experience:Knowledge of OE scan toolsAbility to learn new tools as neededKnowledge of wiring repair proceduresAbility to service A/C systemsPossesses diagnostic skills in the automotive tradeBasic computer knowledge including using email, spreadsheet and messaging systemsWilling and able to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications and the likeMust possess high school degree or GED equivalent4+ years relevant automotive/electronic technician experience requiredPlease note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of the activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
