The Lead’s teaching responsibilities are conducted in a clinicalsetting and involve hands-on, practical instruction. Their teaching responsibilities are not conducted ina classroom setting. Specifically, the Technical Lead for System’s Blood Bank provides orientation tothe laboratory environment, explains procedures, workflows, and instrumentation, and ensures thatthose rotating through the department gain a clear understanding of Blood Bank operations.
